OBJECTIVE:

Establish the criteria for the collection, storage, use, circulation, and deletion of personal data processed by MIRAI GROUP SAS, including its brands, in compliance with Colombian data protection regulations.

SCOPE:

This policy applies to all personal information registered in the databases of MIRAI GROUP SAS, acting as the Data Controller under Colombian law.

OBLIGATIONS:

This policy is mandatory and binding for MIRAI GROUP SAS.

PROCESSING AND PURPOSES:

The processing carried out by MIRAI GROUP SAS, directly or through its brands (including TSBC®), may include the collection, storage, use, and circulation of personal data for the following purposes:

  • Manage and monitor ongoing and past services.

  • Send invitations to events and offer new products or services.

  • Handle administrative procedures (requests, inquiries, complaints).

  • Conduct satisfaction surveys regarding services offered.

  • Manage contractual and accounting processes.

  • Maintain records of testimonials and success cases.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS:

As the owner of your personal data, you have the right to:

  • Access, free of charge, the personal information stored in our databases.

  • Request correction, updating, or deletion of data that is partial, inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or unauthorized.

  • Request proof of the authorization granted for data processing.

  • File complaints before the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for violations of data protection regulations.

  • Revoke authorization and/or request deletion of data when legally permissible.

  • Refuse to answer questions regarding sensitive data; responses to sensitive data or data of minors are optional.

PROCEDURE FOR EXERCISING HABEAS DATA RIGHTS:

To comply with Colombian data protection regulations, the following information must be provided when submitting a request:

  • Full name.

  • Contact information (physical address, email, and phone).

  • Preferred method for receiving our response.

  • Description of the request, including the right you wish to exercise (access, update, correction, proof of authorization, revocation, deletion).

  • Signature (when applicable) and identification number.

Response time:

  • Up to fifteen (15) business days from the day following receipt of the request.

  • If more time is required, we will inform you of the reasons and provide a new deadline, which may not exceed eight (8) additional business days.

  • If your request is denied, you may bring your case before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce – Delegation for Personal Data Protection, under Colombian law.

VALIDITY

This Personal Data Processing Policy has been in effect since April 22, 2019.

Personal data will be retained as long as the data subject does not request its deletion and no legal obligation requires its continued storage.
