Guided by social neuroscience, we blend workshops, learning paths, and programs with immersive experiences—racetrack runs, coffee-brewing rituals, lab experiments—using emotion and communication strategies to build awareness, foster a change-ready mindset, drive behavior change, and strengthen social bonds across stakeholders—leaders and teams, customers, partners, and suppliers. In our learning paths and behavioral upskilling programs, we apply data science and statistics and use our proprietary voice-based behavioral analytics app (Neuroempathy®) to identify patterns from vocal signals. We also track change via psychometrics and mixed-method questionnaires, and neurophysiological and biological markers—EEG, HRV, cortisol, oxytocin—, delivering before-and-after reports integrated with your tools and KPIs.
